The car Rotary Buffing Polisher is mainly used to make up for the small defects on the surface of the paint film such as coarse grains, sandpaper marks, flow marks, anti-white, orange peel and so on after the car surface is sprayed. The treatment method is to grind and polish after spraying. Improve the mirror effect of the paint film to meet the requirements of brightness, smoothness and gorgeousness. The polishing machine consists of basic elements such as base, throwing disc, polishing fabric, polishing cover and cover. The motor is fixed on the base, and the taper sleeve for fixing the polishing disc is connected with the motor shaft through screws. The polishing fabric is fastened on the polishing disc through the ferrule. After the motor is powered on through the switch on the base, the sample can be polished on the rotating polishing disc by applying pressure to the sample by hand. The polishing liquid added in the polishing process can flow into the square plate placed next to the polishing machine through the drain pipe in the plastic plate fixed on the base. The polishing cover and cover can prevent dirt and other debris from falling on the polishing fabric when the machine is not in use and affecting the use effect.
The key to the operation of the polishing machine is to try to get the maximum polishing rate so as to remove the damage layer produced during polishing as soon as possible. At the same time, the polishing damage layer should not affect the final observed tissue, that is, it will not cause false tissue. The former requires the use of coarser abrasives to ensure a larger polishing rate to remove the polished damage layer, but the polishing damage layer is also deeper; the latter requires the use of the finest materials to make the polishing damage layer shallower, but polishing rate is low. The best way to resolve this contradiction is to divide the polishing into two stages. The purpose of rough polishing is to remove the polishing damage layer. This stage should have the maximum polishing rate. The surface damage formed by rough polishing is a secondary consideration, but it should also be as small as possible; followed by fine polishing (or final polishing), Its purpose is to remove surface damage caused by rough polishing and minimize polishing damage.
